Come inside & explore!
The Dufferin County Museum & Archives is housed in a 25,000 square foot, purpose-built facility featuring four floors of exhibit, programming and storage space. Our main entrance is located on Level 2 which, upon entering, visitors will experience the grandeur and uniqueness of our Main Gallery, which features very high ceilings, a locally-sourced stone floor, handcrafted wooden display cabinetry, and three full-scale historic buildings.
The DCMA Gift Shop, located near the front entrance, stocks unique gift items, new and used books, DCMA souvenirs, clothing and postcards, as well as dozens of handcrafted, one-of-a-kind items produced by local artists and artisans. These include two and three-dimensional works in a variety of media, pottery, wooden bowls, handwoven garments and much more. Your purchase supports local artists and the DCMA.
