Facility Rental

The DCMA provides an exclusive and unique environment to hold your next meeting, family gathering, or special event.  Rental rates are affordable, and the variety of settings, interesting backdrops, and views of the surrounding countryside are second-to-none in our area!  All of our beautiful spaces, with the exception of the second floor of our Historic 1881 Dufferin House, are wheelchair accessible.

Basic Rental Fees:

Basic Rental Fee 
Main Museum & Archives Facility – Special Event                            $500.00
(up to 200 people)

Basic Rental Fee
Historic Corbetton Church                                                                  $300.00
(up to 100 people)

Use of Grounds/Gardens – Special Event, Meetings                         $250.00

Use of Grounds/Gardens – Photos only                                             $50.00

Use of Interior Spaces/all facilities – Photos only                             $75.00

“After Hours” Charges: 

  • If your event ends between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm, add $50.00 to the Basic Rental Fee above.
  •  If your event ends between 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm, add $100.00 to the Basic Rental Fee above.
  •  If your event ends between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm, add $150.00 to the Basic Rental Fee above.   
  •  

Equipment Rental Fees:

  • 1 – 10 eight foot tables: $10.00 each
  • 1 – 50 folding chairs: $2.00 each
  • PA System & microphone: $25.00
  • Digital Project & Screen: $50.00
  • Podium: $5.00

Member Discount:

Become a DCMA member and receive 25% off the Basic Rental Fee for any DCMA facility.
