FAQ

Is there parking on site?

We do have free parking on site at the museum but there will be overflow parking available at Maple Grove just down the street. A shuttle bus will be running between Maple Grove and the Museum regularly.

Are pets allowed?

While we normally love furry friends, we would ask that you keep your pets at home.

Is the event accessible?

While the museum does have an elevator and accessible washrooms on site, the grounds can be uneven and might not be suitable for everyone, including people with mobility challenges. The pathway around the museum is not paved and so we ask that you exercise caution if you find it difficult to traverse uneven surfaces. We do offer accessible parking spaces and can help you to explore the museum if you require assistance, such as reading text panels.

How can you apply to be an artist?

If you are interested in applying to be a vendor next year for Earth & Fire 2026, please email: info@dufferinmuseum.com to be added to our contact list.

Our applications will be released again in Spring 2026.

To be considered for the event as a participating artist, clay or glass must be a medium used in the artwork.
