In this workshop, kids will try their hand at building their own self-propelled cars! They can add their own designs and race against their friends!

Everyone is welcome for this free event at Grace Tipling Hall, Shelburne. Presented by Dufferin County Canadian Black Association, together we will celebrate Black Excellence with musical guests, keynote speakers and special presentations.

Join us for MoD-Tots: Fairytale Friends at the Museum of Dufferin where you and your toddlers can participate in tot-friendly fairytale themed crafts and sensory play! Registration and caregiver participation are required.

In this 1-hour workshop, participants will learn traditional methods of basket weaving to create their own woven basket. Using recycled magazines, participants will learn how to weave the paper into a functional bowl, and learn the importance of upcycling in art.

All week long the museum will be hosting transportation themed activities and events for the whole family. Travel throughout the museum to complete your own museum activity passport and participate in exciting hand-on experiences. You can also check out our new exhibit about the history of transportation in Dufferin County.
